Self-Care Healing Saturday at Christa Healing and Wellness Center in Manassas
On the fourth Saturday of each even month, Deb Mueller of Christa Healing and Wellness Center and I will be teaming up to offer a sampling of restorative services. On Self-Care Saturdays, experience a guided meditation and sound healing, with time for journaling afterward for the first hour. The second hour will be dedicated to a self-care craft, announced each month.
